Este projeto 'oceânico' foi imaginado em janeiro de 2006, quando sumiu Nam June Paik e me avisou a Helena. Now capitalism is back again, what means that rich people are getting richer, and there is no way to stop it because the socialist alternative failed. However, genetically superior and very good people are born in certain unfavourable countries or classes, having little acess to education or capital. For this reason, it is very difficult for them to catch up, though they are equally talented people.One cannot say that geinuses are born only in America, or in Japan, or in Germany. Geniuses can be born anywhere. For instance, the russian physicist Andrei Sakharov is an mongolian, so who still think that mongolians are stupid are wrong. On the other hand, what insterests me are hybrid reactions, where many different genes mix and create new species. This is global culture. What satellites can do and should do is like in agriculture: hybrid mixes to make new species. And that is essencial for the progress of mankind, for the continuation of evolution. Hitler thought he could create a superior man by having purer and purer arians. I think that´s absolutely wrong scientifically. Better species are born when people of diferent races mix.
